When is the waterpark open?
The published Fun in the Sun hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The park is closed every Wednesday for scheduled maintenance. Check for any operational updates before travelling.
Is there a minimum height for slides?
Some major attractions require a minimum height of 1.2 metres. Height, weight and age requirements vary by attraction, so please check each ride’s signage.
Do I need a ticket for an infant?
The existing park FAQ states that admission is complimentary for infants aged 0–4. Please confirm the latest eligibility and documentation on the ticketing portal.
Where can I buy tickets?

How can I reach the waterpark?
You can find us in Kepala Batas, Penang. Search for Bertam Souk & Waterpark in your preferred maps or ride-hailing application.
Are all attractions available daily?
Availability may change due to maintenance, operating conditions or weather. Some queues may close before the advertised park closing time.
